Brightwheel App

Here at Munchkin Land we use the Brightwheel App to keep you connected all throughout the day, and provide peace of mind while your child is in our care. 

 

Key Benefits: 

• Real-Time Updates: Parents receive instant notifications regarding their child's meals, diaper changes, nap times, photos, daily activities, and so much more! 

• Daily Attendance Tracker: Brightwheel will let you see exactly when your child gets checked in/out of their classroom. 

• Easy Communication: Parents are able to send and receive messages directly with their child's teacher, and also administration. 

• Documents: The monthly and yearly school calendar, monthly news letters for the school, and your child's individual classroom, family engagement activities, special events flyers, and so much more are all uploaded to the app. 

• Tuition: Weekly tuition invoices get sent out to parents through the app as well. Parents are able to automatically run their credit cards, or use their bank accounts, to pay for tuition each week. At the end of each month, parents will also be able to access their monthly tuition statement. Brightwheel will also have a yearly tax statement form available on the app. This makes obtaining child care tax documents a seamless process.
