Lisa Ricci-Cipolla
"Children are all I know!"
Lisa has 40+ years of experience in childcare, working with children since age 13. Her areas of work range from pre-adoption agencies to preschools to infant care to being a kindergarten assistant teacher. Lisa founded Munchkin Land Preschool in 2014.
A Rhode Island native, Lisa is a proud grandmother of three and mother of Joelle and Jocelyn.

Joelle Ferri
"I have a passion for teaching & business"
A babysitter from a young age, Joelle started working for the family business at age 18. As a result of her commitment and leadership, she grew to be the owner of the second Munchkin Land location in 2017.
Joelle has a business degree from Rhode Island College. When she's not in the Munchkin Land classroom, she can be found in Rhode Island with her husband and two children.
