OUR STORY
A family-owned, mother-daughter duo, the Munchkin Land team has over 50+ years of experience in child care. Their expertise created Munchkin Land's "Whole Child Approach".
The first Munchkin Land opened in 2014, followed by the second location in 2017. Owners Lisa and Joelle pride themselves on top tier communication - from families, to teachers, to leaders. Lisa and Joelle are present and involved in both locations to ensure exceptional child care.
Our Mission
Munchkin Land Preschool's mission is to provide exceptional childcare built around the "Whole Child Approach", the developmentally appropriate learning and development practice principles, and nurturing classroom environments.
Children's experiences shape the way they process the world around them. Munchkin Land Preschool respects all children as unique individuals who learn in a variety of ways, from various cultural backgrounds and home environments, who possess different strengths and weakness, and have different feelings and ideas. Classroom teachers go above and beyond to really get to know the "Whole Child" to set them up for success in the classroom!
